Co-Founder | President & CEO

W. Chris Peden

Chris began his career in tax and accounting in 1988 and has since advised a diverse group of companies and economic sectors. As President of Revolution, he runs root cause analysis, benchmarks against industry to build strategic plans, drives financial performance through key performance indicators, and implements revenue growth strategies. His executive background spans President and COO of BouMatic LLC, COO and CFO of CapRock Oil Tools, and EVP at Linus Products. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State and a Texas Certified Public Accountant license.

Jim Montgomery
Co-Founder | VP Sales & Marketing

Jim Montgomery

Jim has been around drill bits his entire life. A second generation drill bit sales professional, he grew up visiting rigs, jetting bits, and learning customer service in the back of his father's field truck at 10 years old. Over 16 years he has worked every level from the warehouse floor to U.S. Sales Manager, with experience across bits, motors, and downhole tools. He holds a BBA in Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Ben Chrest

Ben brings over two decades of experience in PDC drill bit engineering, from design best practices and product development to product line management and dull bit evaluation. His skill set gives Revolution Drill Bits comprehensive vision and incredible focus, fusing performance, aesthetics, and data analysis into a world class product line.
